Partner & affiliate programs

Add a managed IT and security practice without hiring one.

Tech Fusion offers two ways to partner. White-label partners — MSPs, IT consultants, resellers and telecom providers — resell our managed IT, cybersecurity and backup under their own brand: you market, sell, contract and invoice, while we operate the technical delivery. Affiliates refer clients instead: you share a personal referral link, we run the sale and the ongoing service, and you earn commission on the deals that close. The differences are set out below, and no help-desk staffing is required on your side either way.

Two ways to partner

White-label partners resell the service. Affiliates refer the client.

White-label partner

Resell managed IT and security under your own brand

For MSPs, IT consultants, VARs/resellers, managed security providers and telecom firms that already have business clients.

What you do
Market, sell, contract and invoice the client under your own brand, and set your own retail price.
What we do
Onboard, monitor and secure the environment, and run Level 1–3 help desk and ticket ownership as your back end.
How you earn
The margin between the wholesale partner rate and the price you charge your client.
Commitment
Scoping call, partner agreement, minimum volume per client and typically a 5–10 customer pilot.

Affiliate partner

Refer clients and earn commission — no delivery work

For consultants, advisors, agencies and publishers whose audience buys IT, security or technology services.

What you do
Share your personal referral link and make the introduction — no selling, onboarding or support.
What we do
Run the entire sales conversation, contracting, onboarding and ongoing managed service.
How you earn
Commission on closed deal value, with clicks, conversions and payouts tracked in the affiliate portal.
Commitment
No minimums, no partner agreement and no delivery responsibility — approved on audience fit.

How the partnership works

You own the relationship. We own the technical delivery.

No technical help-desk staffing is required on your side. Tech Fusion becomes the sole operational provider of end-user support and technical tickets for the clients you place with us.

Your firm

  • Brand, marketing and customer acquisition
  • Quoting, client contract and commercial terms
  • Billing, renewals and account relationship
  • Retail pricing and margin decisions

Tech Fusion

  • Onboarding, endpoint tooling and deployment
  • Level 1–3 help desk and ticket ownership
  • Monitoring, security operations coordination and escalation
  • Technical documentation and service reporting

Delivery model

Support that answers, escalates and closes under your brand.

Inbound support requests — email, phone greeting and ticket portal — are routed to Tech Fusion technicians, with customer-facing communication delivered under your brand.

Critical security alert

Monitored continuously by the 24/7 security desk in qualifying tiers, with human-led investigation and escalation to your designated contact.

Standard user request

Business-hours first response from the managed help desk, with ownership of the ticket through to resolution and vendor escalation handled for you.

Emergency after-hours

Escalation available for qualifying incidents on Business Secure and Enterprise Complete. Non-emergency after-hours work and onsite dispatch are quoted separately.

These are proposed first-response objectives rather than guaranteed resolution times. Emergency response targets, onsite availability and service credits are negotiated explicitly in the partner agreement. 24/7 security-alert monitoring is distinct from 24/7 general help desk coverage.

Additional revenue lines

Recurring plans open the door. Projects and add-ons grow the account.

The standardized plans are the foundation of the programme. Higher-value services can be layered on as white-label add-ons or separately quoted projects, which is where partner margin usually expands.

Commercial framework

The safeguards that keep partner economics workable.

Delivery of fully managed services only stays sustainable with clear minimums, fair-use boundaries and a review point. These are the terms we negotiate up front.

Agreement principles

  • Minimum commitment per client — 10 billable seats for Business Secure, 20 for Enterprise Complete — or an agreed minimum monthly fee.
  • One-time onboarding and remediation charge scoped to device count, identity environment and network condition.
  • A documented fair-use policy, with out-of-scope projects, complex application support and emergency onsite visits quoted separately.
  • Written security incident authority, access approvals, escalation contacts and data-handling terms.
  • Pilot review at 60–90 days against actual tickets per seat, technician time and vendor licensing.

Launch roadmap

  1. Days 1–15

Validate vendor entitlements, partner agreement, support workflow and pilot selection.

  2. Days 16–45

Onboard 5–10 pilot customers, measure ticket volume and confirm white-label communications.

  3. Days 46–90

Launch joint marketing and security assessments, then track conversions, retention and gross spread.

White-label branding, portals, notifications and resale rights require vendor confirmation. No exclusivity is offered without agreed minimum volume and commercial commitments.

Apply

Tell us about your practice and your client profile.

We review every application against vendor entitlements and delivery capacity. Qualified firms start with a scoping call and typically a 5–10 customer pilot before a full rollout.

Also useful to know

  • No exclusivity without agreed minimum volume and commercial commitments.
  • Customer contracts, invoicing and renewals stay with your firm.
  • Incident authority, access approvals and data-handling terms are agreed in writing.
